How opportunities work

An opportunity is a real request from a resident that matches your services and one of your areas.

We invite a first group of suitable professionals. If a request does not get enough responses, we widen the invitation over the following hours.
A customer can have three interested professionals at a time, so opportunities can fill up. Your dashboard shows how many spaces are taken.
Once three professionals are interested, the opportunity closes to further responses.
If the customer declines one of those responses, a space reopens and we may invite more professionals.
When a customer chooses someone, the opportunity closes for everyone else.

Important: Responding quickly matters — spaces are taken in the order professionals respond.
