Setting up your professional profile

   Step 1. Open Profile from your dashboard.

   Step 2. Add your business name, contact name and a description of what you do. Descriptions have a minimum length, and a counter shows how much more you need.

   Step 3. Add how long you have been operating, plus your website or social links if you have them.

   Step 4. Save your business information.

A completeness panel at the top of the page shows your percentage and exactly what is still missing. The essentials — business name, main service, areas and a contact method — must be complete before you go live.
