When are my contact details shared?

• While professionals are responding, they see the job, the area and your first name — not your phone number or email address.
• Your details are never shown publicly and never published on the site.
• When you choose a professional, your contact details become available to that professional only, so they can arrange the work.

We also never ask for your full address when you post a request. You share that with the professional you choose, if the job needs it.
