How to decline a professional

   Step 1. On the response you do not want, select Decline.

   Step 2. Confirm with Decline & find another. You can also choose Keep professional to change your mind.

   Step 3. The response moves out of your active list into a Declined section, and we start looking for a replacement.

What happens next

• If suitable professionals are still available, we invite someone else and your request shows that we are looking for another professional.
• If there is genuinely nobody else available for this service and area, we tell you that honestly rather than leaving you waiting.
