How to mark a job as completed

Telling us how the job ended keeps your request history tidy and unlocks Verified Job reviews.

Step 1. Open your request page or your account.
Step 2. Under Job status, answer whether the work has been completed.
Step 3. Select Yes, it's complete — or tell us it didn't go ahead if the job never happened.

Important: Only confirmed completed jobs can be reviewed. That is what makes a RatedJavea review a Verified Job review.
