What happens when a customer chooses you

When a customer chooses you, we tell you and their contact details become available.

You are notified by email, and by WhatsApp if you have it switched on.
The job moves to Jobs won in My jobs.
Call, WhatsApp and email buttons appear on the job so you can reach the customer straight away.
You agree the price and arrange the work directly with the customer — RatedJavea is not involved in the payment.

Important: Contact the customer quickly. It is the single biggest factor in the job actually going ahead — and in getting a good review afterwards.
