How Verified Job reviews work for professionals

A Verified Job review can only come from a customer who chose you through RatedJavea and confirmed the work was completed.

The customer gives an overall star rating, a short comment and says whether they would use you again.
Reviews appear on your public profile alongside your count of verified completed jobs.
You cannot add, buy or remove reviews, and neither can anyone else — that is what makes them worth something.
If you believe a review breaks the rules, contact us from the Help page in your dashboard.
