What happens after I post a request?

Once your email is confirmed we invite suitable local professionals and they respond to you through RatedJavea.

We only invite professionals who offer the service you asked for and cover your area.
We start with a first group of professionals. If not enough of them respond, we widen the invitation over the following hours.
Professionals are notified by email, and by WhatsApp if they have chosen to receive it.
Your request page shows its current status at all times.

Important: Your contact details are not shared with any professional at this stage — only the details of the job itself.
